Availability during office hours
If there is a change or cancellation, we are immediately alerted. We will contact the traveler or booker as soon as possible to inform them. If desired, we will work with them to find an alternative. The subsequent reservations – hotels, car rentals, and other bookings – are adjusted immediately.
Availability outside office hours
If a change or cancellation occurs outside office hours, an automated message is sent to the traveler or booker. If necessary, the person concerned can contact our 24/7 Rescue Line.
During weekends and holidays, from 09:00 to 19:00, a member of our own team is always available. Here too, alternatives are sought in all cases. Subsequent reservations, such as hotels, car rentals, and other bookings, are automatically adjusted.
