ANVR Travel Conditions

Uniglobe Alliance Travel is affiliated with the ANVR. The ANVR upholds strict standards for membership and promotes the quality of travel and related information. The trips you book with Uniglobe Alliance Travel are offered under the ANVR Travel Conditions (ANVR Travel Conditions for package travel or ANVR Booking Conditions for individual travel services and/or Linked Travel Arrangement Conditions), which apply to all offers unless expressly stated otherwise. Stichting Garantiefonds Reisgelden

Uniglobe Alliance Travel is affiliated with SGR. You can view our certificate here. Within the limits of the SGR guarantee scheme, the trips published by Uniglobe Alliance Travel fall under the SGR guarantee. This SGR guarantee ensures that the consumer is assured that their prepaid travel funds will be refunded if the other party is unable to fulfill the agreed performance due to financial insolvency. If the agreement also includes transportation and the destination has already been reached, arrangements will be made for the return journey.

Contribution to SGR

Since February 1, 2021, every consumer booking a trip with a travel organization affiliated with SGR is required to pay €5 per person per booking. For many years, guaranteeing your booked trip was free, but even after the COVID-19 crisis, the guarantee fund is there for you, allowing you to continue traveling worry-free.

Calamity Fund

Uniglobe Alliance Travel is affiliated with the Calamity Fund Foundation for Travelers. The guarantee from the Calamity Fund means that as a traveler participating in a trip covered by this guarantee:

• You will receive a refund of (a portion of) your travel sum if we cannot execute the trip as a result of a calamity, or not execute it in full.
• You will be reimbursed for necessary additional costs if we need to adjust the trip due to a calamity or if we need to repatriate you prematurely.

A calamity is defined as an abnormal event caused by acts of war or natural disasters.
