Flights

1.1. Options are always subject to availability, additional fuel surcharges, fare, and/or rate changes. Prices are only guaranteed after ticket issuance.
1.2. Offered fares do not include service fees. Please inquire about these fees from your Business Travel Consultant or check them in the fee list.
1.3. For changeable tickets, in addition to change fees, a fare difference may apply depending on availability, advance booking period, minimum and maximum stay.
1.4. Changes are only allowed to the same airline.
1.5. A change must be made before the departure of the original flight to avoid a no-show.
1.6. Changes can be made until the check-in of a flight closes, which is often 1 hour before departure.
1.7. Due to security measures, passengers are required to travel under their (maiden) name as stated in the passport. If this is not the case, an airline has the right to refuse you on the flight.
1.8. The CO2 emission in this quote is indicative and may differ from the final calculation on the invoice.
1.9. When we hold multiple flights on option, the airline may cancel these doubly reserved flights. Therefore, the offered rates are subject to availability, and we would like to hear as soon as possible which flights you prefer.
1.10. In case of a no-show, there is no refund; a cancellation must always be made before the flight departure.
1.11. Unfortunately, we cannot book Ryanair for you as a travel agent, so it is not included in the quote.
1. 12. Airlines are increasingly offering fares excluding baggage. Our proposal is based on a fare including baggage, unless you specifically request otherwise. If you would like to receive the rate without baggage, please let us know.

Hotels

2.1. Offered hotels can never be placed on an option. Rates and availability are always subject to change.
2.2. Rates often do not include tourist tax, which must always be paid by the guest on-site at the hotel.

Car Rental

3.1. Offered rental cars can never be placed on an option. Rates and availability are always subject to change.

Trains

4.1. Offered trains can never be placed on an option. Rates and availability are always subject to change.
