Travel Conditions

1.1. Options are always subject to availability, aanvullende brandstoftoeslagen, additional fuel surcharges and fare changes. We can only guarantee rates on the same day they are issued.
1.2. The mentioned fares are excluding our service fee. Please check you fee list or ask your Business Travel Consultant about our rates.
1.3. When changing tickets there could be a fare difference upon the change penalty depending on availability, advanced purchase period, minimum and maximum stay.
1.4. Changing is only allowed to the same airline.
1.5. Changes need to be done before original departure to avoid noshow.
1.6. Changing the ticket is possible until check-in of the flight closes, this is often 1 hour before departure.
1.7. Because of safety regulations, passengers must travel by the names as mentioned in their passport. If names are not correct, the airline has the right to refuse the passenger.
1.8. The CO2 emission in this offer is an estimate and may differ from the final calculation on the invoice.
1.9. When we have multiple flights booked in option, the airline may cancel these double options. Therefor the offer is always subject to availability and we advise you to confirm one of the options as soon as possible.
1.10. In case of noshow no refund is possible, a cancellation should always be confirmed before departure.
1.11. We are unable to book Ryanair, therefor Ryanair is not included in our proposals.
