Technology Specialist (32-40 hours)

In this role, you will combine technical knowledge with service and collaboration. You will participate in projects, provide support for managing our travel tools, and ensure our systems function optimally.
What you are going to do
You are part of a small Technology team, consisting of two specialists and a manager. Together, you ensure that the organization, and therefore our customers, can always continue working.
You will be responsible for, among other things:
- Functional management of our Travel Technology tools, such as Amadeus, Atriis, Agency Manager, and Umbrella Faces
- User management, access rights, and user support
- Analyzing and resolving incidents so that systems are quickly functional again
- Collaborate on information security guidelines (PCI, GDPR, and ISO 27001)
- Testing, setting up, and implementing new tools and systems
- Testing new functionalities in existing systems
- Improving workflows and processes
- Update and expand documentation and manuals
- Support on projects within the Technology department
No two days are the same. This is a role for someone who thrives on variety, can keep an overview, and is quick to adapt.
Who are you
You are eager to learn, service-oriented, and energized by solving questions and problems. You find technology interesting, especially when it makes work easier for others.
Your profile:
- MBO-4 or HBO work and thinking level
- Good command of the Dutch language
- 1 to 2 years of work experience in a technical, support, or functional management role
- Affinity for business travel or the travel industry
- Understanding the interrelationship between systems and processes
- Analytical, accurate, and strong communication skills
- Available for 32 to 40 hours per week
Experience with Amadeus, online booking tools, or Amadeus Agency Manager is a plus, but not a requirement. We'd be happy to teach you the ins and outs of the trade.
