To give you a good idea of our services, we would like to explain how Uniglobe Alliance Travel works when you submit a travel request to us.
We strive to provide every offline booking with a quote within 12 hours of placing the request. If urgency is required due to departure date and/or fare, we will ensure that this request is given priority consideration.
Uniglobe Alliance Travel makes a selection from the entire offer for each quote request based on availability, fare, preferences and applicable travel policy. We quote multiple options whenever possible.
We always explore the option of SMART Ticketing and include it in the quote if possible (e.g., cross-tickets or tickets issued through offices abroad).
We take full advantage of the E-Global Fares System, which provides insight into fares from Uniglobe's worldwide network.
On the date the option expires, we always contact the booker and immediately have a check done to see if a ticket can be issued more economically.
We place your tickets on option for you free of charge whenever possible.
The handling of your bookings are processed by experienced Business Travel Consultants.
Refunds of unused tickets are automatically generated by us.
You can authorize us to view, manage and, if desired, spend your savings program balances on airline tickets.
We offer the possibility of issuing reservations for hotels, car rental, train, cab, visa etc. "on voucher".
To book hotels we use Uniglobe Booking Intelligence, our own online booking tool in which numerous international hotel brokers are loaded such as Expedia and Booking.com. Rate differences between countries become transparent.
