New year, new times, new name!
What do we at Uniglobe THL Travel and THL Travel Groups, Sports & Events (GSE) look back on an eventful but above all an instructive and beautiful year. In this eTraveletc. we would like to take you through some upcoming changes, which fit within these new times!
Retrospective 2022
In early 2022, the demand for travel and business meetings came back at a rapid pace and we switched from 0 to 100 in a bird's-eye view to best serve and support our customers in their requests for help. The pent-up demand, crowded Schiphol Airport, labor shortages, cancelled flights, higher prices and costs; at times it was more like juggling than consulting.
Within our Groups, Sports & Events department, the short lead time to the execution of events and group tours sometimes made us seem more like illusionists. Nevertheless, we were able to successfully realize many hundreds of group trips and events again!
Uniglobe THL Travel continues as Uniglobe Alliance Travel
In case you missed it: Uniglobe THL Travel was acquired by the owners of Uniglobe office Uniglobe Alliance Travel in early 2022.
The acquisition brought synergy benefits fairly quickly. After all, the workload could from then on be divided over 5 instead of 2 offices, being Alkmaar, Almere, Rotterdam, Goes and Arnhem. THL Business Travel will continue as of 1-1-2023 under the label Uniglobe Alliance Travel, an organization within the same formula and with the same working method, with over 16 years of experience and much expertise within business travel. Our 5 Business Travel teams will be at your service in 2023 in full strength!

As of Jan. 1, 2023, mail addresses for business travel will be changed to travel@uniglobealliancetravel.nl For office Almere and service@uniglobealliancetravel.nl for Alkmaar office.
THL Travel Groups, Sports & Events becomes GSE The Agency
The THL Groups, Sports & Events team is engaged daily in organizing unforgettable groups & incentive trips, sports trips for sports clubs and leagues and corporate events & conference trips. This for the most diverse industries. Nothing changes about this.
However, we did decide to give this team and label its own face and brand experience, so we decided to launch a separate brand for this under the name GSE The Agency. Creative and innovative, going the extra mile!
Starting in January, mail addresses for groups, sports and events will be changed to:
flights@gse-theagency.nl (for group flights for companies, sports clubs and sports associations)
sports@gse-theagency.nl (for individual tickets for sports clubs and sports associations)
groups@gse-theagency.nl (for incentive travel and events)
Note: emails you accidentally send to the old mail address will still be automatically forwarded to that person until March 1, 2023.
