You are the connecting factor between clients, suppliers and your team and ensure that everything is perfectly organized from A to Z. From brainstorming sessions and event production to guiding a group trip: you will be involved in everything.\n<h2> <\/h2>\n<strong>Some of your duties<\/strong>:\n<h2> <\/h2>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n \t<li><strong>Create creative proposals:<\/strong> You will immerse yourself in the client's needs and develop unique and surprising programs and concepts tailored to their goals and budget.<\/li>\n \n \t<li><strong>Discovering locations:<\/strong> You will visit inspiring venues (both national and international) to assess their suitability for the group tour or event.<\/li>\n \n \t<li><strong>Negotiate<\/strong>: You know how to close the best deals with hotels, venues and transportation companies.<\/li>\n \n \t<li><strong>Planning and coordinating<\/strong>: You create a detailed script, coordinate details with suppliers and make sure all the puzzle pieces fit together perfectly.<\/li>\n \n \t<li><strong>Counseling customers:<\/strong> During a trip or event, you will be the point of contact and make sure everything runs smoothly.<\/li>\n \n \t<li><strong>Troubleshooting:<\/strong> Does something unexpected come your way?
