Have you ever thought about traveling from a regional airport? Think about Eindhoven Airport<\/a>, D\u00fcsseldorf Weeze<\/a> or D\u00fcsseldorf International Airport<\/a> to begin your journey. Also Rotterdam The Hague Airport<\/a>, Brussels Zaventem<\/a> or Brussels Charleroi can be interesting departure options.<\/p>\n

Of course, the range of these destinations is less, than if you depart from Amsterdam Schiphol Airport, but perhaps your business travel destination will also be flown from one of these airports.<\/p>\n

Travel time and parking<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Departing from a regional airport can save a lot of travel time. Toward Amsterdam, traffic is a lot busier and you may have to deal with traffic jams. In addition, parking at or near a regional airport is often cheaper.<\/p>\n

When leaving from Rotterdam-The Hague Airport, P+R Rotterdam Meijersplein is a possibility and easily accessible via the Ring Rotterdam. You can park your car for free and bus line 33 will get you to the airport within 10 minutes. Reservation is not possible, so in busy periods there is a chance that there are no more parking spaces available. Long-term parking is also inexpensive at Hotel Wings next to the terminal.<\/p>\n

Public transportation<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Regional airports are also very easily accessible by public transportation. From Rotterdam Central Station, you can travel to the airport by bus line 33 in 25 minutes.<\/p>\n

Eindhoven Airport is accessible from Eindhoven Central Station by scheduled bus 400 and shuttle bus 401, which will take you to the airport within 20 minutes.<\/p>\n

To D\u00fcsseldorf Airport you can also travel well by train. From Amsterdam Central Station you will be at D\u00fcsseldorf Hauptbahnhof within 2 hours and 12 minutes, which gives you the opportunity to work during the train ride. Then another train will take you to the airport within 12 minutes. This route is included in the train ticket.<\/p>\n

Regional airports like Eindhoven Airport and Rotterdam The Hague Airport are smaller in size than international airports.
