Measures regarding travel<\/h4>\n

Countries and airlines have different requirements regarding the admission of travelers in relation to COVID-19. A PCR test, recovery certificate or vaccination certificate may be part of this.<\/p>\n

Entry from different international countries<\/strong><\/h6>\n

As of Sept. 17, 2022, the requirement to have a test, recovery or vaccination certificate expired for people coming to the Netherlands from the EU\/Schengen, as well as countries outside the EU\/Schengen. Note: The United Kingdom is not an EU\/Schengen country.<\/p>\n

Travel to European destinations<\/strong><\/h6>\n

Since July 2021, all countries in the EU have a green, yellow, orange or red color code as a travel advisory. Which means safe travel to all European destinations is possible when you have a corona certificate and the destination is colored yellow or green.<\/p>\n

It is also important to check the entry measures and requirements of your travel destination before your departure. Mouth masks<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Local authorities at your destination may have different rules from those in effect in the Netherlands. Among other things, keep in mind that some destinations and airlines only approve surgical mouth masks. Therefore, inform well before departure with the airline what type of mouth mask you should wear during your flight or upon arrival at your destination airport. You are expected to bring it yourself.<\/p>\n
