ANVR Travelers terms and conditions<\/strong><\/h2>

Uniglobe Alliance Travel is a member of the ANVR. The ANVR has strict standards for membership and promotes the quality of travel and information about it. The trips that you book with Uniglobe Alliance Travel are offered under the ANVR Travel Terms and Conditions (ANVR Travel Terms and Conditions for Package Travel or ANVR Booking Terms and Conditions for Single Travel Services and\/or Linked Travel Package Terms and Conditions) that apply to all offers unless expressly stated otherwise. Travel Guarantee Fund Foundation<\/strong><\/h2>

Uniglobe Alliance Travel is affiliated with SGR. You can use this\u00a0here<\/a>\u00a0view our certificate. Within the limits of the\u00a0SGR Guarantee Scheme<\/a>\u00a0journeys published by Uniglobe Alliance Travel are covered by the SGR guarantee. This SGR guarantee means that consumers are assured that their prepaid travel money will be refunded if the other party cannot fulfill the agreed performance due to financial insolvency. Insofar as the agreement includes transportation and the destination has already been reached, the return trip will be taken care of.<\/p>

Own contribution to SGR<\/strong><\/em><\/h3>

Since February 1, 2021, every consumer who books a trip with an SGR member travel agency will pay \u20ac5 per person per booking. Calamity Fund<\/strong><\/h2>

Uniglobe Alliance Travel is affiliated with the Stichting Calamiteitenfonds Reizen. The guarantee of the Calamity Fund means that you as a traveler participating in a trip to which the guarantee applies:<\/p>

  • Get (part of) your travel sum back if we are unable to carry out the trip in full or at all due to a calamity;<\/li>
  • Get reimbursed for the necessary additional costs if we have to adjust the trip due to a calamity. Or if we have to repatriate you early.<\/li><\/ul>
