What will you do?

What is special about our approach is that our Business Travel Consultants are fully responsible for the clients in their team. From the moment the travel request comes in to invoicing, they take care of the entire process. In addition, the consultants can also be actively involved in acquisition and relationship management. For example through customer appointments or going along with colleagues and customers to soccer matches through our business seats at various soccer clubs. 

Our guiding principle is a full-service approach. The Business Travel Consultants handle all requests, from airline tickets and hotels to trains and crossings. Their responsibilities also include complaint registration and invoicing. The customer is always at the center of this process. 

What do we ask of you?

We have the following requirements for a Business Travel Consultant: 

  • Multiple years of experience as a Business Travel Consultant; 
  • Experience with Amadeus; 
  • Customer-oriented and solution-oriented thinking; 
  • Commercially minded; 
  • Flexible and motivated; 
  • Be able to work well together in a team; 
  • Stress-resistant ability to handle peaks in busyness; 
  • Holding KLM FAT 1 + 2 or equivalent is a plus; 
  • HBO working and thinking level; 
  • Good communication skills in Dutch and English; 
  • Available for a minimum of 28 hours per week.
