What is the most unique thing you have experienced/done while working?
I have organized a number of large incentive trips, including a Christmas event for 660 people in London. The participants came from different destinations in Europe, on multiple travel dates and by various means of transportation from exclusive charter flights, scheduled flights, bus transfers and Thalys and Eurostar trains. This was a huge puzzle! The on-site program was fantastic. What a challenge! I love doing that!
What do you get the most energy from in your work?
When a client calls for a new assignment and says he wants to book another one of those perfectly organized trips...Remember...Perfectly arranged, like last time! I believe in building long-term client relationships and creating ambassadors!
What is your ultimate tip for organizing an unforgettable meeting, incentive trip or event?
Listen carefully to the customer's wants and needs and surprise them! Look for that WOW feeling! Keep in mind that "perfection" is a subjective concept and may vary from one individual to another.
