What is the most unique thing you have experienced/done while working?
During the Icelandic ash cloud (2010), one of our clients stayed in Costa Rica for a tour. After three days in Costa Rica, they decided to extend their roundtrip for two weeks due to the ash cloud. During this roundtrip they fell in love with the country, the nature, the culture and the hospitality of the people. All this made our client then make the choice to immigrate to Costa Rica. Seven months after they lived and worked in Costa Rica, I received a beautiful card thanking them for changing their lives. Isn't that great!
