What is the most unique thing you have experienced/done while working?
It is already a fantastic experience to be in New York with a group, but when you also take RIB boats at full speed across the Hudson, pass under the Brooklyn Bridge and then make a stop right in front of the Statue of Liberty, I get goosebumps every time!
What do you get the most energy from in your work?
When, after months of preparation for a trip or event, you see what you have had in your mind for so long executed AND you see the participants enjoying themselves!

Start triggering participants early on to increase the impact of the trip or event!
