What is the most unique thing you have experienced/done while working?
What I remember most is the chaos after the 9/11 attacks. How I was on the phone late into the night with desperate business travelers who wanted to leave the U.S. as soon as possible, and together with colleagues I did everything I could to get them home via neighboring countries.
What do you get the most energy from in your work?
Unburdening the customer, thinking along to make the trip as comfortable as possible. And after a busy day with nice colleagues, knowing that everything has been arranged on time, going home with a satisfied feeling.
