What is the most unique thing you have experienced/done while working?
Surely those are the exceptional cases. I once received a cake from a customer because he was so happy with our help in changing his return trip. But also the period during the volcanic eruption in Iceland will always stay with me. All weekend we worked together to get all customers to their destination, or just home.
What do you get the most energy from in your work?
When we pull together as a team to get all requests to the client neatly and on time as quotes during busy times.
What is your ultimate travel tip for business travelers?
Go for an amendable airline ticket! This doesn't cost much more than a standard airline ticket in most cases, but it does allow for more flexibility and less expense afterwards.
