What is the most extraordinary thing you have experienced/done while working?
A retired elderly couple, who after saving up for a long time were finally able to go to the Northern Lights but had missed their flight because the gentleman still had a pocket knife in his pocket. He wanted to send this one but had lost his way as this gentleman had had a brain hemorrhage. After much discussion with the airline, we had found an alternative flight. These people were so happy that they sent a letter afterwards with a very nice picture of the northern lights and that they had a great time.
What do you get the most energy from in your work?
When you can make the most complex requests and get them confirmed. And a cozy workplace.
