International Business Club discovers the Netherlands
The Netherlands is a surprisingly diverse destination for international business clubs and networking organizations. On behalf of a regular Uniglobe Alliance Travel client, we organized a multi-day program for a French-Flemish Business Club with CEOs and owners from the food industry. The goal? To combine inspiring company visits with informal networking moments and a cultural partner program.
Two programs, one experience
Both club members and their partners participated in the four-day trip, with a split program. While members visited companies, partners enjoyed culinary, cultural and relaxing activities. In the evenings, the group gathered for atmospheric dinners in special locations.
Smart travel and comfortable accommodation
The participants traveled to the Netherlands on their own, by car or plane. With activities spread over several regions, the group stayed in three different hotels: Steigenberger near Schiphol Airport, Bilderberg and Radisson Blu. The trip began in the bistro of the Steigenberger Airport Hotel, where the group was warmly welcomed with a private dining experience and a four-course dinner.
Top-level business deepening
The members visited leading companies in Amsterdam, Utrecht, Gelderland, Overijssel and Friesland, with an exclusive tour at FrieslandCampina as the highlight. The group traveled in a luxury Business Class coach, equipped with conference tables, AV facilities and tinted windows for privacy. There was plenty of networking along the way, and at high-end venues, participants enjoyed a fine-dining lunch. Thanks to live interpretation support in French, English and Dutch, everyone was able to switch effortlessly.
Cultural partner program with personal touch
The partners went on a journey of discovery through the Netherlands accompanied by guide Diana, whose multilingualism and personal approach immediately clicked with the group. The program included visits to Flora Holland in Aalsmeer, the Open Air Museum in Arnhem and the Kröller-Müller Museum in Otterlo, where the lunch was greatly appreciated. In Amsterdam, they enjoyed visits to the Anne Frank House, the Rijksmuseum, the Flower Market and a canal cruise. And of course, a traditional pancake lunch was not to be missed.
Spectacular finale among the sea lions
The evenings revolved around shared dinners, the highlight being an exclusive gala dinner at a Dutch zoo. After closing time, the group walked past elephant and penguin enclosures to the festively decorated dining room, where a four-course dinner, champagne and personal speeches concluded the trip in unforgettable fashion.
