Since 1999, Skytrax announced each year the best airlines based on a global, comprehensive survey. Similarly, the new top 20 best airlines in the world for 2022 has been announced! Tip of the hat ... KLM is also in it! ?
Skytrax research
Skytrax is a British agency that researches the quality of various aspects in public aviation. These include the quality of airlines, such as customer service, comfort and cleanliness. For this year's World Airline Awards (aka the Oscars of the airline industry), some 350 airlines were scrutinized and some 14 million customer surveys were taken in more than 100 countries from September 2021 to August 2022.
