What does your workday look like?
As Project Manager Groups, Sports & Events you will have a versatile position in which no day is the same. You are the connecting factor between clients, suppliers and your team and ensure that everything is perfectly organized from A to Z. From brainstorming sessions and event production to guiding a group trip: you will be involved in everything.
Some of your duties:

- Troubleshooting: Does something unexpected come your way? Don't panic, you shift gears quickly and get it resolved.
- Collaboration: You will work closely with your colleagues and regularly brainstorm new ideas and improvements.
- Aftercare: Afterwards, you evaluate with the client and make sure they look back on a successful collaboration with a smile.

What we are looking for in our new enthusiastic colleague:
- Multitasker: You are the indispensable link in multiple projects simultaneously. Whether it's an event taking place tomorrow or an incentive trip planned six months from now, you always keep an overview. Change of plans? No problem, you switch effortlessly between different tasks and ensure that everything goes according to plan.
- Social: Making contacts and maintaining relationships is in your blood. Whether you are talking to a customer, supplier or colleague, you adapt effortlessly to different interlocutors. You enjoy getting to know people and know how to click both informally and professionally.
- Creative: Standard solutions are nothing to you. You are always looking for that one unique idea or the perfect destination that is just that little bit different. From a surprising program component to a unique location: your creative mind turns every project into a success.
- Proactive: You don't wait for things to land on your plate, but actively look for new possibilities and opportunities. Do you see something that could be better? Then you take the initiative to improve it. You don't mind making mistakes, because you know that this is an important part of learning and growing.
- Ambitious: You are someone who goes the extra mile. Whether it's a detailed quote or perfectly coordinating an event, you take pride in your work and strive to exceed expectations. You get energy from getting results and keep challenging yourself to do even better.
- Flexible: Travel and events don't adhere to standard office hours, and you understand that better than anyone. Whether it's a site inspection, an escort trip or presence during an event, you're willing to be in action at night or on weekends, too. In fact, you enjoy trading your workplace for an event location or airport on occasion. At the same time, you understand that flexibility is a mutual concept: we always make sure you have enough time to recharge and maintain a good balance.
