1.1. Options are always subject to availability, additional fuel surcharges, and rate and/or currency changes. Prices are only guaranteed upon ticket issuance.

1.9. When we hold multiple flights as an option, the airline may cancel these double-booked flights. Therefore, the offered fares are subject to availability and we would like to know your preferred flights as soon as possible.
1.10. In case of a no-show, no refund is possible; cancellations must always be made before the flight departs.
1.11. Unfortunately, we cannot book Ryanair for you as a travel agent and therefore it has not been included in the quote.
1.12. Airlines are increasingly offering baggage-free fares. We base our quotes on a fare that includes baggage, unless you specifically request otherwise. If you would like to receive the baggage-free fare, please let us know.
1.13. Tickets are valid for a maximum of 1 year from the date of issue. It is not possible to change a ticket after this date.
1.14. When canceling refundable tickets, not all taxes are also refundable. An airline may exclude certain taxes and/or fuel surcharges.
2.1. Hotels offered cannot be put on option. Rates and availability are therefore always subject to change.
2.2. Rates are usually excluding tourist tax, which must always be paid by the guest on site at the hotel.
2.3. It is not possible to change the booked dates for hotels. In case of a date change, the reservation must be canceled according to the cancellation policy and rebooked.
