What is the most unique thing you have experienced/done while working?
Retrieving a large group of Polish employees from one of our clients. When the COVID-19 outbreak began in March 2020, this group left for New Zealand from where they also had to return quickly due to restrictions. After many attempts to book the group on different flights, which were cancelled time after time, we managed to get the group flown back after 2.5 weeks.
What do you get the most energy from in your work?
The more complex travel requests where the traveler flies into multiple cities. Puzzling to arrive at the best and cheapest trip for the client gives me the most energy!
What is your ultimate travel tip for business travelers?
Prepare well! Are you going to a destination with several hotel options? Then check where in which neighborhood your meetings will take place. That way you sleep near the place you definitely need to be.
