What is the most unique thing you have experienced/done while working?
The reactions of clients or prospective clients. For example, I continue to love it when clients knock on our door because they are not getting anywhere with their current business travel agency. We then send them a quote and receive a tremendously enthusiastic response about how we work and handle their business.
What do you get the most energy from in your work?
When no day is the same. The variety of activities in a day make it challenging.
What is your ultimate travel tip for business travelers?
Check that everything in the itinerary is complete and that there is sufficient transfer time between flights. That way you can start your trip with peace of mind.
