We are immediately notified when there are changes or cancellations. We then contact the traveller or booker as soon as possible to inform him or her. When required, we will jointly look for an alternative. The subsequent bookings – hotels, car rental, and other bookings – are adjusted accordingly and immediately.
Availability outside office hours
In case of changes or cancellations outside office hours, an automated notification is sent to the traveller or booker. When necessary, the person it concerns can contact our 24/7 Rescue Line.
During the weekends and on public holidays there will always be someone from our own team available from 09:00 till 19:00. And again, we will always look for a fitting alternative. The subsequent bookings such as hotels, car rental, and other bookings will be adjusted automatically.
